Instructions

Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw completely. Remove from package. For Oven: Place on a roasting pan. Roast in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 28-42 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Remove from oven and let the filet stand for three minutes before slicing. For Grill: Preheat grill to low heat. Place filet on grate and grill until internal temperature reaches 145 F. Turn periodically to prevent burning. Remove from grill and let the filet rest for three minutes before slicing. For Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 350 F. Place filet in air fryer. Cook approximately 22-38 minutes until internal temperature of 145 F. Remove from air fryer and let filet rest for three minutes before slicing. Oven, grill and air fryer temperatures vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Keep refrigerated. May be frozen.
