Description
So many great dinners are made even better with the addition of Lima beans. They’re velvety and packed with vitamins, and they taste scrumptious. There are many ways to prepare these bush-grown beans, hot and cold, or tossed in a soup or stew. Use an old family recipe, or try something new.
Instructions
Must be cooked thoroughly. Stove Top Directions: 1. Open package and pour frozen beans into a saucepan. 2. Cover with water. 3. Boil for 3 minutes. 4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Additional water may be needed. 5. Drain and season to taste. For Food Safety: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze. Heat to 165 degrees F before use. Refrigerate leftovers.
