Instructions
Way to Pop: Stovetop; Microwave; Air popper; Electric popper. For microwave, hot air, or electric poppers, follow manufacturer's instructions. For Perfect Stovetop Popcorn: 3 T popping corn; 1 T oil for popping. 1/4 cup popping corn; 2 T oil for popping. 1/2 cup popping corn; 3 T oil for popping. 1- Pour oil and corn into a 4-quart pan according to chart. 2- Cover pan, leaving lid slightly ajar and place over medium heat. 3- Lift and shake pan frequently while heating. When popping slows, remove pan from heat. Reseal jar and store at room temperature.
