Instructions
DIRECTIONS: COAT 1 lb. firm fish fillets, such as catfish, salmon, tuna (1/2–inch thick), or 1 lb. shrimp with 2 tsp. Seasoning. SAUTE in 1 tbsp. butter in skillet, over medium heat 4–5 minutes per side or until done.
