Nutrish Large Breed real chicken, pea, brown rice & carrot recipe dog food is made for adult dogs of all sizes. Talk to your veterinarian about your dog’s ideal weight and adjust your feeding amount accordingly. Adult Dog Size: 4 – 14 lbs.; Daily Feeding Amount*: 1/2 – 1 cup. Adult Dog Size: 15 – 28 lbs.; Daily Feeding Amount*: 1-1/4 - 1-3/4 cups. Adult Dog Size: 29 - 50 lbs.; Daily Feeding Amount*: 2 – 2-3/4 cups. Adult Dog Size: 51-101 lbs.; Daily Feeding Amount*: 3 – 3-3/4 cups. Over 103 lbs. 5 plus 1/2 cup for every additional 13 lbs. Transition Instructions: Because Nutrish dog food may offer different ingredients than your dog used to, it may take up to ten days for your dog’s system to become acclimated. Slowly mix with other food over a five- to ten-day period until your dog is solely eating Nutrish dog food. Days 1-3: 25% Nutrish food mixed with 75% other food. Days 4-6: 50% Nutrish food mixed with 50% other food. Days 7-9: 75% Nutrish food mixed with 25% other food. Days 10+: 100% Nutrish food. Be sure to provide plenty of fresh, clean water daily. Keep product in original packaging and close packaging tightly between feedings or store in an airtight container to maintain freshness. Adult dogs with normal activity may be fed the recommended amount in two meals daily.
