Instructions
Directions: For results in as little as 7 days, start by taking 3 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime for 7 days. Then, continue with 1 tablet nightly thereafter. Allow for more than 6 hours of sleep. If you experience side effects (e.g., stomach upset, nausea), reduce to 1 tablet nightly. Store below 86 degrees F (30 degrees C).
