Mushroom and tofu wontons: Ingredients needed: 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 block extra-firm tofu drained, pressed, and crumbled; 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms; 1/2 cup finely chopped napa cabbage.1 teaspoon peeled, grated frieda's fresh ginger root 2 cloves crushed garlic 2 scallions, finely sliced 1/2 cup soy sauce; 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 24 frieda's wonton wrappers.
