Description
Rich and hearty McCormick Ground Cumin is always ground from whole cumin seeds. It brings earthy warmth and subtle citrus flavor to chili, tacos, steak, lamb and shish kebabs.
Instructions
Classic Hummus: Drain 1 can (15 oz.) Chickpeas, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Place chickpeas in food processor with 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp. Lemon juice, 1 tsp. Ground Cumin and 1/4 tsp. Each Ground Red Pepper and salt; cover. Process until smooth, adding reserved liquid until desired consisitency. Serve with pita chips.
