Instructions
Stove Top: For every cup of green beans, add 1/4 cup water and place in saucepan. Bring water to a full boil over high heat; then reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer for 8-9 mutes. Drain, season to taste and serve. Avoid overcooking. Microwave: For every cup of green beans, add 1 tablespoons water and place in microwaveable bowl. Cover. Microwave on high 8-9 minutes*. Sur halfway through heating. Drain, season to taste, and serve. *Microwave oven performance varies. Heating time may require adjustment. Storage Instructions: Do not refreeze or overcook. Store tightly closed in freezer held at 0 degrees F. After opening package. Reseal tightly and return to freezer. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
