Instructions

To Use: Starting at the inner corner of the eye, draw a thin line along the lashline. At the middle of the eye, start to thicken the line. Extend past outer corner of eye and flick upward toward eyebrow. For a more intense cat eye look, extend line downward from the inner corner of the eye. For best results, store product horizontally.
