Cook 12 minutes. 3. Let stand 1 minute, fold in half, and enjoy. Microwave Oven (1100 Watts) for Softer Crust: 1. Prep: Open carton along perforations. Remove Gyro from clear plastic wrap. Flip carton upside down to create a platform. 2. Place Gyro on silver surface. 3. Cook 2:00 minutes on high. 4. Let stand 1 minute, fold in half, and enjoy.
