Instructions

Sunday Pot Roast: Prep Time: 5-10 minutes. Cook Time: 3 hours. Serves 10. What you'll need: 1 packet Kinder's Sunday Pot Roast Seasoning; 2.5 lb pot roast; 2 tbsp oil; 4 cups vegetables (such as carrots, potatoes, celery, onions); 2 tbsp flour; 2 cups beef stock (or water); 1 tbsp tomato paste. Instructions: 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in Dutch oven and sear 2.5 lb of pot roast, 5 minutes per side. 2. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Chop 4 cups vegetables and toss with 2 tbsp flour to coat. 3. Add vegetables, Kinder's seasoning, 2 cups beef stock (or water) and 1 tbsp tomato paste to Dutch oven. 4. Cook in oven for 2.5 hours and rest 15 minutes before serving.
