Flaky and layered Jus-Rol Puff Pastry dough is ready to bake. No need to thaw - simply unroll the baking paper, be creative, and bake exceptional pastries every time. It’s perfect for both sweet and savory recipes. Jus Rol’s Puff Pastry is non-GMO, with no artificial flavors or colors, high fructose corn syrup, or bleached flour. Puff Pastry is suitable for vegans and made in the USA with the finest US and imported ingredients.

Instructions

1. Preheat: 400 degrees F convection. 425 degrees F regular. 2. Roll Out: Use the pastry as a whole sheet (9 inches x 14 inches) or cut into smaller pieces. Note: Baking paper is safe up to 425 degrees F avoid direct contact with heating elements. 3. Fill & Form: Perfect for turnovers, tarts, or strudels. Add your favorite filling and seal the edges with a fork. Tip: For a golden, glossy finish, brush with egg wash before baking. 4. Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes. For larger pastries, bake for 30-35 minutes. Use the included baking paper on a sheet pan - it may brown during baking, which is normal. Use immediately after opening. Do not consume raw dough.
