Family owned since 1945. All natural. No artificial ingredients. Minimally processed. Our company began in 1945 when Ralph F. and Alice Stayer opened a small butcher shop in Johnsonville, Wisconsin. Their philosophy was simple; make great-tasting meats and treat people well. No MSG.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Preparation: Thaw product prior to cooking. Stovetop: In a skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 160 degrees F. Storage: Prepare within 3 days or freeze for up to 30 days.
