Description

Green Giant Riced Veggies Cauliflower has the feel of one of your favorite side dishes but with a frozen veggie, cauliflower twist. Made with 100% vegetables, these riced vegetables are a delicious dinnertime side dish and a unique alternative to white rice. These Green Giant frozen vegetables come without sauce or seasoning so you can prepare them how you want or pair them with a variety of entrees. These frozen rice veggies have 4 grams of carbs per serving and are gluten-free. Serve these riced veggies as an alternative to rice, potatoes, and pasta at any lunch or dinner. To prepare this riced cauliflower, simply follow the cooking instructions and heat in the microwave or on the stovetop. Keep Green Giant frozen riced cauliflower in the freezer until you are ready to prepare and serve.

Instructions

Microwave (Recommended): Place unopened bag standing up on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high 5-1/2 - 6 minutes* or until thoroughly cooked. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag. Tear bag at notch. Empty into a serving dish; stir well. *Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Stove Top: Squeeze bag gently to separate veggies. Preheat a large non-stick skillet on medium heat. Pour entire contents of bag into the skillet, cover. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Stir occasionally and break apart any clumps, as needed. Caution! Hot steam! Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Keep frozen. Tear.
