The lemongrass is ready to add refreshing citrus flavor to both sweet and savory dishes and is best added in the middle of cooking. Use 1 tablespoon of paste in place of 1 tablespoon of fresh lemongrass. Store refrigerated for weeks after opening.
Instructions
Stir-in, rub, marinate. In cooking use 1 Tbsp. of paste to replace 1 Tbsp. of fresh lemongrass.
