Description
Warm, spicy ginger flavor without the peeling and chopping is now at your fingertips with Gourmet Garden Ginger Stir-in Paste. It's ideal for Asian-inspired recipes and savory or sweet dishes, like roasted vegetables or muffins. Packed inside each squeezable tube you'll find ginger that's been chopped to deliver its zingy warmth. Our ginger paste is at its best flavor, color, and aroma. Reach for our ginger right when inspiration strikes - it's best added to sauces, marinades, juices, and cookies at the beginning of cooking. Use 1 tablespoon of paste in place of 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger or 1 inch of ginger root. Store refrigerated for weeks after opening.
Instructions
Stir-in, rub, marinate. In cooking use 1 Tbsp. of paste to replace 1 Tbsp. of ginger.
Ingredients
Ginger, Dextrose, Glycerin, Fructose, Sea Salt, Ascorbic Acid (to Protect Color and Flavor), Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid.
