Stovetop: Two Servings: 5-7 mins, Add 1-1/2 cups of frozen ground be’f to a large nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat, covered, for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Full Bag: Add frozen ground be’f to a large nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat, covered, for 7 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add to your favorite recipe. Microwave (1100 Watt): 2 mins Add 1-1/2 cups (2 servings) of frozen ground be'f to a microwave-safe bowl, cover with microwave safe lid and cook for 2 minutes. Add to your favorite recipe.
