Description
A long aging provides additional flavors of vanilla, roasted nuts and a hint of toast. A result of the carefully chosen infusion of terroir and reserve wines, the finish is long. Imparting to the finish is lightness from Chardonnay, fruitiness from Pinot Noir and roundness provided by Pinot Meunier.
Instructions
Opening Instructions: Chill well before opening. Caution: The contents of this bottle are under pressure. Slant bottle at 45 degree angle and point away from yourself and others before removing wire hood with one hand, hold the cork firmly between thumb and forefinger; with the other hand, twist the bottle slowly in one direction until pressure pushes the cork out. Never, in any circumstances, use a corkscrew when opening champagne.
