The normal daily feeding amount for a healthy adult dog: Dog’s Weight: 5-10 lbs; Amount to Feed Per Day: 1/4-3/8 lbs. Dog’s Weight: 11-20 lbs; Amount to Feed Per Day: 3/8-3/4 lbs. Dog’s Weight: 21-40 lbs; Amount to Feed Per Day: 3/4-1 lbs. Dog’s Weight: 41-60 lbs; Amount to Feed Per Day: 1-1-1/2 lbs. Dog’s Weight: 61-100 lbs; Amount to Feed Per Day: 1-1/2-2-1/4 lbs. Dog’s Weight: +25 lbs; Amount to Feed Per Day: +1/4 lbs. For pregnant females, gradually increase the food offered during the last four weeks of gestation up to 40% over the normal adult requirement.
