Description
The Hoppyum IPA recipe is simple. Take some hoppy. Add some yum. North American malts lend a surprisingly sweet base to copious additions of citrusy Simcoe hops. Great aroma, superior taste, clean dry finish. One sip will show you why this is our most popular beer . . . followed closely by a strong desire to take another sip. COLOR: Light Copper. AROMA: Citrus, specifically oranges and tangerines with subtle pine notes. FLAVOR: Slightly nutty with a sweet malt base. Lots of hops with an emphasis on citrus. BODY: Medium-bodied, very quaffable.

MALTS: British Pale, British Caramalt, Caramel 20. HOPS: Cascade, Apollo, Eureka, Simcoe. YEAST: Dry English Ale.
