Instructions
Use Optic White Mouthwash after brushing with Optic White Toothpaste with hydrogen peroxide. Directions: Individuals 12 years and older: Rinse for 60 seconds with 15 ml (or 3 teaspoonfuls) twice a day. Do not swallow.
