Instructions
How: In a large skillet melt 1 tablespoon butter and saute onions for 5 mintes. Add peppers and mushrooms and continue to cook until slightly caramelized. While cooking vegetables, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a separate large skillet. Season sliced rib eye with salt and pepper and saute until done. Layer rolls with warm rib eye then vegetables. Top each sandwich with two sliced of provolone cheese and slightly melt cheese on sandwich in a warm oven. Close sandwich, serve and enjoy.
