Birria is a popular Mexican meat stew, traditionally made with goat or beef. Tender, flavorful meat can be shredded for soups or used to fill tacos and served with a dipping sauce. Cooking and simmer sauce makes it easy to create beef birria at home. Simply combine with beef chuck roast in an electric pressure cooker for 45 minutes. When cooked, shred chunks of beef, load into warm corn tortillas, and serve with extra sauce for dipping.
