Caper Sauce, Tangy Lemon
Instructions
Directions: Marinate fillets for 30 minutes, then place in preheated oven 400 degrees F and cook for 10 minutes or until done. This sauce is also excellent as a saute. Place fillets in a pan over medium and cook both sides for minutes or when fish gets slightly flaky. Refrigerate after opening.
