Boar’s Head Uncured Bianco D’Oro® Salame is an authentic culinary classicnaturally aged to produce a rich, complex flavor. It starts with hand-trimmed pork that’s finely ground, similar to the grind of a genoa salame. It is flavored with wine and Italian style seasonings then aged until it reaches maturity.
