Add vegetables and 1/2 cup water to a medium saucepan. 2. Cover and cook over medium-high heat, 8 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Drain and serve. Cook as directed. For food safety and quality 165 degrees F. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
