Roasted Beef Base, Premium
Instructions
Basic Stock Directions: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (equal to 1 bouillon cube) Roasted Beef Base in 8 oz. boiling water. For each quart of stock needed, use 1-1/2 tablespoons Roasted Beef Base. Use basic stock for soups, sauces, and gravies, or to cook vegetables, rice, or pasta with more flavor. Gingered Beef With Sweet Peppers: In a hot pan, sauté 12 oz. of beef strips in 1 tablespoon oil. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon fresh chopped ginger, 1 cup of pepper strips, 1/2 cup of sliced onions, 3/4 tablespoon Roasted Beef Base, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for 5 - 8 minutes. Serve over your favorite cooked rice. Better than Bouillon one 1 tsp. Better than Bouillon = one cube or one 8 oz. Can. Refrigerate after opening.
